Order Cancellation Requests

Orders to be Shipped

Customers can request a cancellation of their online order without penalty up to the time a shipping label has been created. Once a label has been created and the order has left our facility, the order is considered final and our Return Policy is enacted. 

Orders for In-Store Pickup

Customers can request a cancellation of their online order without penalty up to the time the order has been fulfilled and a "Your Order is Ready for Pickup" email notification has been sent. Any cancellation requests after that point may be accepted at the discretion of management for store-credit only. 

Items Not Valid for Cancellation

There are no cancellations accepted for arena items such as gift cards, entry cards, prepaid rental packages, platoon memberships, or air cards. These items are Sales Final upon purchase with no exceptions.
