The reversal latch ensures that the gears in the gearbox do not rotate backwards causing the AEG to double-fire or fire full auto on semi unintentionally. A reinforced reversal latch is a highly recommended have if you upgrade the performance of your AEG and battery for high rate of fire.
This ARL is made of heat-treated high density steel, which makes it stronger than most other ARL's on the market. The spring is also made of steel and is very stiff. This is my go-to ARL for high stress builds.
